This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through this website. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Digital Products and Online Courses

All sales of digital products, including but not limited to online courses, workshops, downloadable materials, and recorded content, are final and non-refundable.

Once access to the digital content has been granted, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.

Live Workshops and Classes

Purchases for live workshops or classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In the event that a live workshop or class is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, participants will be offered either:

• A full refund, or

• The option to transfer their registration to a future session.

Failure to attend a live session does not qualify for a refund.

Physical Products (Ceramics and Handmade Goods)

All physical products, including handmade ceramic items, are non-returnable and non-refundable once an order has been placed.

If a product is received in a damaged condition, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage. Upon verification, a replacement or refund may be issued at our discretion.

Exceptions

Refunds or cancellations may be granted solely at the discretion of the business in exceptional circumstances. Any such decision shall be final.
