This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all physical products purchased through this website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing

All handmade ceramic and physical products are processed within 4-7 working days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing times may vary due to product availability, order volume, or unforeseen circumstances. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Domestic Shipping (India): Orders are typically delivered within 6-10 days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 8 to 30 days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance and local courier operations.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, or factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout and are non-refundable.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, the recipient is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Customs regulations vary by country, and we have no control over these charges or customs processing times. We are not responsible for delays, holds, or seizures by customs authorities.

If an order is refused, returned, or abandoned due to unpaid customs duties or refusal to accept delivery, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been dispatched, where applicable. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

All products are packed securely; however, ceramics are fragile by nature.

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email and provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged item and outer packaging.

  • Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

In the case of a lost shipment, we will assist in initiating an investigation with the courier service. Refunds or replacements will be issued only after confirmation of loss from the courier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

We are not liable for orders delayed, mis-delivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Any reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of handmade and made-to-order ceramic products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the event of:

  • Products received in a damaged condition (as outlined above), or

  • Errors made on our part in fulfilling the order.

Any decision regarding refunds or replacements shall be made at our sole discretion.
